They provide shuttle services to CMU every hour.

A bit far away from the main road. You need to walk 10 min to find some restaurants, although there is one cafe on ground floor of this hotel.

The staff was very helpful with the local area, room was very quite even being just one level off the street, and the Panera Bread in teh same building was great!

A power strip for pluggin in computer, phone, etc, would have been very helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of your staff at this hotel site. They bent over backwards to ensure that I was able to present on time and fully prepared. Thank you for your dedication to your clientele.

A little more updating might be nice, peeling wallpaper is not comforting, however, overall the experience was very good.

Bad location, bad facility, service is limited, not worth than 40usd

the bed was not comfortable (could feel bed springs) you could smell smoke coming in from the vents. the door to the balcony would not close (could feel draft) dim lighting in the hotel lobby, stairwells, and room

I have stayed ther 8 night and i enjoy my staying there and i will chose it again if i came back to pittsburgh i like its location ,price and friendly staff

Panera bread company connected.

Its in a good location for steelers games (my main reason for going), great bakery below good for breakfasts/lunch. Free tea and coffee in lobby and internet. Comfy beds, good shower, plenty of room and storage in room. Clean room if a little dated.tv, fridge and microwave came in handy.basic, pretty good value but nothing to do in surrounding area.

No telephone in room. Heating in room very dry and hot. Basic

Room was large and clean. If your visit to Pittsburgh is in any way related to universities, then the hotel has perfect location. Who likes to walk, everything is in walking distance. For the others, hotel provides free minivan transposrtation. Reception staff is friendly, espacially a senior lady (still young in mind).

I have no negative comments.

The price is better than the other options around this district. Provides you all that you need, but nothing more than that.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Floors in bathroom had bugs, dirt, had not been cleaned in long time. Carpet in room filthy, not been vacuumed. Room in complete disrepair, moldy, water stains. I was afraid all night.Also, did not receive the non-smoking room I requested. They said they were sold out of them so place in smoking room which was You should not allow them to use your website to sell rooms.

When I arrived, the staff did not tell me about the courtesy transportation. I figure it out the next day.

Rooms at the end of the hall are over the entrance to Panera and a major intersection so noise level is higher.

There is Panera Bread at the entrance serving nice bagels, coffee, etc.

The furniture is old, there isn't really a wardrobe, but there i a dresser. You cannot open the door to the balcony.
